We are pleased to share with you that Junction City is the First Runner-up in the Green Building Category (Large Building) at the ASEAN Energy Awards 2020 held on 19 November 2020.

The ASEAN Energy Awards is presented by the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) to promote environment improvement, energy saving and the use of clean technology to contribute towards energy sustainability, and to help develop benchmark and best practices in energy development in the region.

We, Shwe Taung Real Estate, submitted the application for the ASEAN Energy Efficiency and Conservation Best Practices Awards 2020 jointly with the Ministry of Electricity and Energy and received the First Runner-up in the Green Building Category (Large Building) for Junction City. The Green Building Category is awarded to projects for energy efficiency and conservation best practices.

We are very honored to receive this prestigious Award and be recognized in the ASEAN region for our Green efforts.
